This one-day crisis communication training course explores how organisations can identify and manage reputational risk and develop an effective communications response when a crisis occurs. You’ll consider different approaches to crisis communication, identify key audiences and channels, develop appropriate messages and explore the practical resources needed to support a best practice response.
Delivered by experienced communications practitioner and trainer Alison Arnot, the course combines practical guidance with real-world examples and exercises you can apply immediately in your role.
